Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting

A few No Data to Process warnings late on Sep 9 but no warnings on Sep 10 although data is missing. ARD tool build_hd_index is still running on the computer and this could have taken up too much processing power or memory on the site computer. Tried to remove this process on Sep 1 and was unsuccessful. -Teresa

Status switched to 'Closed'

Data collection restarted on its own after the scheduled daily computer reboot.
